Training, Guidance and Ongoing Support
Individual franchisees and area franchisees receive complete training for the operation and management of their restaurant. Our operations team conducts a month-long training program that covers all aspects of East of Chicago ownership and operation. This training is designed to help franchisees develop and manage an East of Chicago pizza restaurant throughout their market area. Franchisees receive scheduled visits from operations personnel to assist with specific needs as the business grows. In addition, there are opportunities to share ideas and interact with members of our network at regional conferences.
