Beginning Crew Member
Gets you started in the program and introduces you to our company's
culture and core values.
Intermediate Crew Member
Begins to cross train you in different aspects of our store operations.
This is where we entrust you with creating our legendary Pan
Dough!
Certified Trainer
Shows that you have been completely cross trained in our store
operations. It's our stamp of approval on your abilities as a
trainer.
Shift Supervisor
Qualifies you to perform as a shift supervisor. Leading shifts
is challenging and we provide you with the knowledge and
skills necessary to be successful!
General Manager
Means you are qualified to serve as a General Manager in
an East of Chicago location. This requires not only knowledge
and skills
in operations, but also in management and general business
practices.
Franchise Operator
Commands the highest level of knowledge and skills that
this company has to offer. Only the best and most committed
can
become a M.A.S.T.E.R.!
